Me, Myself, and Deadlock
Video games are the form of entertainment I credit with saving my life. Back in 2016 I was 12 and walking home from school. Turning the right down my gangway I see a bright pink sheet on my front door. It says " Notice Of Eviction". The rest is what you expect. Hotel stays, landlords slamming on doors ya know. The rest. In 2025, my friend (they shall not be named hope they come out at some point) invited me to deadlock and it changed my life. Whether good or not is yet to be seen but. Deadlock is a game where I have been able to channel my anger and not take it out on others. While this is true it hasn't stopped me from freaking out in the audience of others. IDK Deadlock is a really good moba where I may not be good but. I feel a sense of improvement unlike irl where I regress continuously. Maybe that's the problem.
